It was great I can say!!! Went for my 1st class, Intro to Japanese tutorial, at 6pm... as I've mentioned b4, our seniors will be joining us this trimester.
The tutor is a male, Mr Christopher Ng, who has stayed in Japan for 10 yrs.. he taught us how to write and pronounce basic Japanese characters. I had a glance how many ppl are taking Japanese this trimester. Only 31 ppl - 23 of us, 8 of our seniors (Shu Ern, Joyce, Jia Wei, Arthur, Jolyn, Beverly, Liew Something and Ponneey). At the end of the class, Eugene announced we're be getting the additional reading materials tmr. Oh boy, more stuff to read! And I haven't finish the 3 books that I received on the last day of my exam the previous trimester.
Ok, let's get on with it!! Went to GGBC straight away after class ended. Lots of ppl already there, most of them were Amazing Race campers. PC prayed for the food, then everyone started makan-ing. There's tom yam bihun, salad, glutinous rice and satay. They taste good, though the satay not so nice la. Not the taste, but there's lots of carbon on the meat. Then, we had a birthday celebration for Quay Lishia who turned 18 y'day.
Shirley (holding the microphone) praying for Lishia
Tada.. Lishia's birthday cake
And here's the birthday girl. Happy belated birthday, Lishia! May God bless u always!
After that, sharing time. A few ppl who went for the Amazing Race camp shared abt what they've learnt during the 3-day camp. Then, all those ppl there received The Disciple's Cross, a book abt discipleship. Yup, we're doing discipleship training this trimester. Gotta start doing the training tmr.
8am class tmr till 6.30pm. Oh boy, it's gonna be a long day tmr! But, there's something to cheer me up after that - CF 1st meeting, 8.30pm at WMC. Can't wait to meet the CF sesat gang again!
